While you enjoy, the chef prepares in his kitchen mainly regional dishes. Test the "Heuvellander" with the taste of the past. The "schelletje van de zeuge", the house pâté, the "hennepot" (chicken, rabbit and calf in jelly) where the cuisine in 1940. Along with fries and a little out of the garden they fit wonderfully in the typical Flemish landscape. Classic dishes, salads and snacks are also on the menu.
